Calls for Papers are now live
Each study group runs its own programme - please click below for the study group pages to see the call for papers for each discipline.
The deadline for paper proposals to be received by Chairs (contact details listed on relevant study group pages) is early December 2026.

Registration & Bursaries
Registration will open on 15 January 2027 with early bird lower cost tickets available for one month. Registration is essential for attendance.
Bursary applications will open on the same date. Bursaries are awarded on a rolling basis, with all funds usually allocated by the end of March.
The conference is usually sold out by Easter.
